P&C Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated P&C Account Manager to join our team in Rockville, MD. In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional account servicing.

Your responsibilities will include proactively managing a dedicated book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and overseeing all aspects of account servicing and maintenance. You will expertly handle client inquiries concerning insurance coverages, policy modifications, and general insurance queries across various lines of business. Processing billing, service requests, and endorsements, along with preparing all associated paperwork, will be key. You will also act as a crucial liaison between clients and insurance carriers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Managing the renewal process for your assigned accounts, including reviewing loss history, gathering updated information, processing renewal applications, and negotiating pricing when necessary, is also part of the role. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company systems and offerings is essential.
