In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, managing crucial patient interactions, and ensuring strict adherence to privacy laws. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service to every individual who walks through our doors or contacts us.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and initiating triage as needed. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, visitors, and sales representatives with courtesy and professionalism. This position requires a keen ability to understand and explain insurance-related information, such as co-pays and deductibles. You will be responsible for accurate patient registration, updating records, and meticulously entering sensitive personal health and financial information into our systems. Managing patient files, processing record requests, and ensuring compliance with all medical record laws are also core duties. Additionally, you will handle walk-in patients, manage payments, and assist in other areas as required, all while fostering positive communication with your colleagues.
