Oracle Cloud Services Developer - Oracle Consulting Services

Oracle, a leader in AI and cloud solutions, is seeking a Cloud Services Developer for its Government, Defense, and Intelligence organization. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-native services. The position involves deploying deliverables on OCI using technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform, Oracle Database, Containers, Docker, and REST APIs. Responsibilities include developing codebases using languages such as Linux, Java, SQL, and Python, configuring services in Linux and Windows, and participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on best practices. Developers will also be responsible for automated testing using frameworks like JUnit, monitoring and optimizing service performance, reliability, and security, implementing security best practices, and collaborating with project leadership to deliver technical tasks on schedule.
