- High working knowledge of E2 Solutions and travel regulations
- Secret Clearance is required

This role is crucial for advancing client objectives through meticulous coordination of office operations, expert management of correspondence, precise scheduling of meetings, and ensuring the overall smooth functionality of the administrative environment. The Office Administrator will be instrumental in supporting client stakeholders, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring all assignments meet high standards of quality and objective fulfillment. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, managing travel arrangements, assisting with performance evaluations and procurement, updating internal documentation, providing excellent visitor services, and contributing to the maintenance of the SharePoint website. This is a full-time, onsite position.
