Key responsibilities include generating sales leads through proactive community outreach, cultivating realtor partnerships, and developing a deep understanding of the local housing market, including competitor offerings, community amenities, and demographic trends. The consultant will maintain consistent customer communication and accurate records, participate in sales meetings and marketing initiatives, and ensure the presentation of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes. Successful candidates will also complete required training and engage in community events.
