NetSuite Sales Account Manager - Denver, CO
Oracle NetSuite, a pioneer in cloud computing, is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This hybrid role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients by strategically upselling and cross-selling our innovative business application solutions. You will play a crucial part in driving customer growth and satisfaction through expert consultative selling and effective collaboration with our internal business development, consulting, and support teams. As a key player in the Denver market, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory, which may encompass geographic, product, industry, or other customer/market dimensions. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities through inbound and/or outbound techniques. You will manage accounts throughout the entire sales cycle, develop solution proposals by understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive landscape, and travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities. A significant part of this role involves presenting value propositions, conducting onsite customer presentations with C-level executives, negotiating, and closing strategic and complex deals. Maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales will be central to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities using inbound and/or outbound techniques.
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (business development, consulting, support) to uncover all customer needs.
- Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop comprehensive solution proposals.
- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
- Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
Qualifications:
