- Solid command of financial planning concepts, knowledge of the financial planning industry, and First Command business practices and policies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) and Life & Health Insurance Licenses are required and/or must be obtained within 180 days from licensing start date

First Command Financial Services, Inc. seeks a motivated National Branch Financial Advisor to serve clients affiliated with our Home Office. This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive financial planning support, expert advice, and personalized guidance across a diverse range of financial products. A commitment to exceptional client service and satisfaction is paramount. Key responsibilities include providing tailored financial planning for Home Office clients and employees, managing inbound and outbound client communications to offer advice on insurance and investment products, account types, and fund transactions. Collaboration with Quality Management is essential for resolving client concerns through direct client interaction and partnership with support teams. Proactive outreach to clients regarding insurance product adjustments, including Options to Purchase Additional Insurance (OPAIs) and Decreasing Term conversions, is also expected. The advisor will conduct thorough problem-solving by investigating client situations and recommending actions in their best interest, execute client contact campaigns as directed by leadership, and meticulously document all client interactions. Maintaining and supporting client Financial Plans through ongoing guidance and coaching is a core function.
