National Account Manager

Cogent Communications, a globally recognized Tier 1 facilities-based Internet Service Provider with a network consistently ranked among the top five worldwide, is seeking a motivated National Account Manager for our Atlanta, GA office. This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within a designated Regional Sales Territory, focusing on the mid-market and non-named national account segments (companies with 500-999 employees). The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving monthly revenue goals by selling Cogent's comprehensive suite of services into prominent commercial and retail buildings, office parks, and professional campuses. Responsibilities include prospecting through direct outreach (calls, emails), identifying and qualifying leads by engaging with key decision-makers, and actively participating in field activities such as building walks, lobby events, and cultivating relationships with property management. You will leverage consultative and relationship-building sales techniques to understand and propose optimal connectivity solutions, positioning Cogent's services to meet both current and future customer needs. This is a full-time, onsite position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a driven individual adept at thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with stringent revenue deadlines.
