This role is integral to assisting homebuyers throughout the mortgage loan process, cultivating robust business relationships, and ensuring strict adherence to all applicable regulations. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of residential mortgage loans, conducting applicant interviews, gathering financial data, recommending suitable loan products, guiding buyers from application to closing, and actively engaging in external and internal sales efforts while upholding bank policies and secondary market guidelines. This is a full-time, onsite position.
