MIS Executive

About the MIS Executive Role at Cult Fit:

This role involves managing data and supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include:

• PI/PO and Data Management: Collecting Purchase Information (PI), coordinating with the commercial team for timely Purchase Orders (PO), and tracking at the vendor level.
• Reporting: Generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards related to Goods Received Notes (GRN) and inward shipments.
• Data Analysis and Inventory Management: Analyzing vendor dispatches, identifying GRN issues, problematic vendors, and identifying trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• System Administration: Maintaining and updating trackers to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Coordination: Collaborating with vendor managers, the commercial team, operations, and finance teams to streamline the supply chain and ensure timely activity completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in the apparel industry.
