Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior Level
- Bachelor's Degree (engineering or technical preferred) from an ABET accredited program
- 6-10 years quality assurance-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in an ISO09000 manufacturing environment or equivalent
- Demonstrated intermediate problem solving skills – Root Cause Analysis / Problem Solving Methods (8-D, PDCA, DMAIC)
- Demonstrated advanced problem solving and training skills (Certified 6S Master Black Belt or equivalent)
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced Lean principles and methods (Certified Lean/6-Sig, Value Stream Mapping, RIE, Status Display)
- Demonstrated basic understand and training in at least three of the following areas: Probability and Statistics, Industrial statistics (Cpk, MSA, SPC), QA Tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans), Design of Experiments
- Able to read, understand and interpret technical drawings / documentation from three and ability to create technical drawings / Documentation In At Least One Of The Following Disciplines: Pneumatics, Data acquisition / Gauging, Mechanical Design, Electronics and sensors, Chemical formula preparation

This pivotal role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering a strong quality culture, leading the quality team, and driving continuous improvement. The responsibilities include overseeing quality engineering, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), supplier quality, internal audits, and the enhancement of quality systems. The ideal candidate will champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary quality interface for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite position.
