Manager, Commerce

Flywheel, a leader in digital commerce solutions designed to accelerate growth for top brands on major digital marketplaces, is seeking a Manager, Commerce in Denver, CO. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing eCommerce strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving substantial business growth across diverse platforms. Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day commerce strategy and execution across both retail and media channels.
• Develop and implement innovative eCommerce strategies to boost sales, market share, and profitability for clients on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart.
• Lead regular client meetings, delivering performance updates, insightful analysis, and proactive recommendations informed by data.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and upholding high standards for client deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and deliver seamless, integrated client solutions.
• Monitor and manage key business metrics, campaign performance, and budgets, ensuring strict alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
• Drive client business growth by identifying and presenting new opportunities, emerging trends, and incremental value that Flywheel can provide.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and marketplace dynamics, translating macro trends into actionable client strategies.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training programs, and new business development efforts.
• Occasional travel may be required to meet client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, or related sectors, with a preference for exposure to both retail and media aspects.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple client relationships and achieving strong business outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior staff, characterized by a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
• Strong business acumen, robust analytical skills, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making; advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
