Management Trainee – Business Analyst (BFSI)

Idolize Business Solutions is seeking a Management Trainee – Business Analyst (BFSI). This role involves collaborating with product, technology, and business teams to understand financial services processes and translate them into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Study and understand core BFSI processes (lending, collections, onboarding, KYC, customer service).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications.
• Work with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist in solution design for automation and AI-driven use cases.
• Support presales and delivery teams with process analysis and solution documentation.
• Participate in client calls, requirement workshops, and solution discussions.
• Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and performance insights for client projects.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain documentation for projects and implementations.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Interest in BFSI, fintech, automation, and AI-driven business processes.
• Ability to understand business problems and develop structured solutions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail and structured documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Skills & Competencies:

Functional:

• Understanding of banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts (requirement gathering, process mapping).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or automation tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance / Operations / Business Analytics) or equivalent.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Candidates with exposure to BFSI, fintech, or analytics projects are preferred.
