- 1+ years of data science and machine learning coursework / practical experience. Previous internship or business experience (1:2 years) preferred
- Strong understanding and experience with ML models and ML engineering, advanced statistics, time series forecasting. Proficient in Python and SQL
- Experience in data management, e.g., wrangling, extraction, normalization

The Clorox Company is seeking a motivated Machine Learning Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 in Durham, NC. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge ML model development within a growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth exploratory data analysis, preparing and cleaning datasets for ML model ingestion, designing and prototyping end-to-end ML and data science solutions, and collaborating effectively with ML/Data Engineering teams and business stakeholders. Interns will also present technical findings and insights to diverse audiences. This hybrid role provides a competitive hourly wage of $26-$32, with opportunities for professional growth and half-day Fridays.
