Lender's Independent Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lender's Independent Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive lender due diligence and continuous monitoring reports within strict timelines. Key duties include reviewing project designs, approvals, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)/Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, and financial models. This role also involves coordinating site visits and conducting performance guarantee tests essential for project finalization. A critical aspect of this position is preparing technical and commercial reports, including feasibility assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success in the renewable energy sector.
