Qualifications
Experience Level: Entry Level
- Current student in an ABA approved Law School
- Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/University
- Must be able to complete a minimum of 10-weeks and up to a maximum of 12-weeks commitment with no interruptions
- Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
- Demonstrate collaborative skills
- Must be currently residing within the continental U.S
- Action oriented
- Balance stakeholders and/or different stakeholder interests
- Excellent oral and written communication

Full Job Description
Cummins Inc. is actively seeking a bright and motivated Law student for a summer Legal Intern position within our Corporate Business division in Columbus, IN. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support our legal team by conducting essential legal research, drafting critical contracts, participating in commercial negotiations and client meetings, and taking ownership of legal projects. You will analyze legal data to inform strategy and assess the potential outcomes of various legal matters, including cases, legislation, and regulations.
