Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer, also known as a Lead Full Stack Developer, to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing responsive, user-friendly UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and modern frameworks like Angular and React. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces and optimize performance across various devices. Experience with version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps is essential. This position involves participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to user testing to refine interfaces. We encourage the writing of clean, maintainable code and adherence to best practices.

This role requires an advanced degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc) or Computer Science/Software Engineering, coupled with over 10 years of progressive software development experience demonstrating technical complexity and leadership growth. Expertise in Angular v19+, ES6+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS is critical, including advanced Angular concepts such as custom decorators, dynamic component loading, micro-frontends, and Angular Elements. You should possess deep hands-on experience with the latest frameworks, libraries, and development tools, with a proven ability to design and implement large-scale, distributed systems for scalability and performance. Demonstrated expertise across multiple technology stacks and a track record of introducing new technologies and improving development processes are highly valued. Excellent mentoring skills and experience in building and leading high-performing development teams are essential. As a proven team player, you will work in Agile/Scrum environments, engage in cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate with remote teams. Experience developing for mobile and tablet environments, including Android and iOS operating systems, would be a significant asset. Familiarity with SAFe/Agile practices is also required.
