Technical Skills
- PHP Basics – Strong understanding of core PHP.
- Laravel Framework – Basic knowledge of MVC architecture, routes, controllers, models, migrations, and blade templates.
- Database Knowledge – MySQL or PostgreSQL basics, writing queries, understanding of relationships (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many).
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Frontend fundamentals for integrating with Laravel views.
- REST APIs – Understanding how to consume and build APIs.
- Version Control (Git/GitHub) – Basic commands like commit, push, pull, and branching.
- Composer – Knowledge of package management in Laravel.
- Basic Debugging – Ability to troubleshoot errors and use Laravel’s error logs.
Good-to-Have Skills
- AJAX / jQuery – For dynamic frontend interactions.
- Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS – Styling and responsive design.
- Authentication & Authorization – Laravel’s built-in auth system basics.
- Basic Testing – Understanding of Laravel testing (PHPUnit, feature tests).
- Understanding of MVC in general – Not just Laravel-specific.
