Java Developer

We are seeking a Java Developer for a 6-month contract role in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with approximately 2-4 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Entity modeling.
• Strong understanding of HTTP and fundamental programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Core Java programming.
• Extensive experience with J2EE programming frameworks, including Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring JPA, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring AOP).
• Solid knowledge of Hibernate.
• Good experience with web services such as SOAP and REST, as well as microservices and API gateways.
• Exposure to Jenkins, GIT, data formats like JSON/XML, Quartz, log4j, logback, and RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with application servers/web containers like JBoss and Tomcat.
• Exposure to Angular.js and Ajax programming is preferable.
• Experience with application security concepts, including handling top 10 OWASP vulnerabilities.
• Exposure to IP network concepts.
• Understanding of DevOps processes, such as CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with non-technical stakeholders.
