Integration Engineer II

PPC Partners Inc., based in Tucker, GA, is actively seeking a talented Integration Engineer II to join their collaborative and innovative team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing high-performance APIs. The successful candidate will work closely with business users to translate complex needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust integrations utilizing technologies such as JSON, REST APIs, XML, and SQL. You will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving integration-related issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations. This position involves integrating API frameworks with enterprise middleware platforms and applying principles of the integration development lifecycle, from system analysis and design to deployment. The role also encompasses monitoring data configurations, testing interfaces, and converting physical data to source code. You will perform data analysis to identify and resolve program, software, architecture, and operational problems, while also providing expertise in data architecture, data conversion, and system performance improvement. Strong knowledge of major databases like SQL and Oracle, along with other platforms, is essential. A critical aspect of this role is testing and debugging integrated systems to guarantee adherence to specifications. You will be responsible for gathering integration requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to establish efficient data exchange protocols is also a key function. A solid understanding of API design principles and best practices is required, alongside strong critical thinking skills to manage complex integration challenges. General IT duties may also be assigned.
