Full Job Description

Origami Risk is seeking a skilled Insurance Business Analyst to join our team in the United States. This role is instrumental in delivering innovative SaaS solutions for risk, insurance, compliance, and safety management. You will be responsible for leading the elicitation and documentation of requirements for software implementation projects, supporting pre-sales engagements, and ensuring efficient capture and management of all requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include identifying detailed requirements scope, stakeholder analysis, and eliciting/documenting client business, functional, and non-functional requirements. You will facilitate requirements discussions, manage the requirements through the project delivery lifecycle, and partner with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants on design and testing. The role involves analyzing business requirements to identify product gaps and process impacts, participating in solution design reviews, and acting as a liaison between client stakeholders and the project team. You will also collaborate with Service and Operations to maintain business analysis processes and provide support for pre-sales and sales engagements. Additionally, you will contribute to establishing design and configuration best practices, provide product roadmap feedback, mentor junior colleagues, and assist with training and onboarding.

This is a full-time, remote position.
