Full Job Description

Trace3, a leading Transformative IT Authority, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator (Temporary/Remote) to join our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with sales professionals to foster growth within existing customer accounts, cultivate new business relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include presenting pricing, credit terms, and conditions, accurately processing customer transactions (orders, quotes, returns), and liaising with vendors to confirm shipment and delivery dates. You will proactively monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, contact customers post-delivery to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns, and stay abreast of market trends, product developments, and local codes through continuous learning. Key duties also involve maintaining customer files, registering sales opportunities with partners, escalating and resolving issues, and acting as a central point of communication for the team and customers. Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and Trace3 teammates is paramount, as is providing essential guidance on internal resources, policies, and potential challenges. You will contribute to the strategic development of opportunity and deal management processes and establish relationships with sourcing organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative sales environment. Other duties as assigned.
