We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Executive in Round Rock, TX, to cultivate customer relationships and drive sales of Dell products and services. This role offers a comprehensive sales training program designed for success.
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will focus on the Small Business segment, nurturing new buyers and expanding relationships with existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting 30+ outbound calls daily and achieving 3+ hours of talk time to engage prospects and existing clients.
- Managing opportunities and email communications to drive sales of new prospects and product/service upgrades for current customers.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by advising Small Business clients on the optimal technology solutions to foster their business success.
- Selling Dell's complete Client portfolio, including desktops, laptops, services, and accessories.
- Identifying and qualifying potential projects in Enterprise categories such as Servers, Networking, Storage, Data Protection, and Cloud solutions.
- Continuously developing technical sales acumen to unlock career growth opportunities.
- Participating in volunteer community service initiatives and employee-led groups that foster connection, networking, and workplace contribution.
