Toast is seeking a passionate Inside Account Executive to join their team, focusing on new business acquisition within strategic cuisine segments. This remote role in the U.S. requires a fluent Mandarin speaker to engage with inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and provide a personalized sales experience, effectively overcoming language barriers for a diverse clientele. You will be responsible for nurturing leads from initial contact through to closing, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language, and meticulously preparing quotes and contracts. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring a seamless handover to our onboarding team for post-sale success. A deep understanding of the competitive landscape within your designated market is crucial for effectively positioning Toast's unique value proposition.
