Information Security Analyst - Bengaluru

Eurofins is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for supporting our security certifications, audits, and compliance initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our adherence to key security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, SWIFT, and LAB audits. Additionally, you will contribute to our third-party risk assessment processes and review crucial security clauses within contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support compliance for ISO 27001, SOC 2, SWIFT, and other vital security audits.
• Orchestrate internal and external audits, ensuring effective evidence collection and tracking of audit findings.
• Develop and maintain essential security policies, procedures, and comprehensive audit documentation.
• Contribute to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) by reviewing vendor security questionnaires.
• Scrutinize security stipulations within Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and other pertinent agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of security controls.
• Provide support for customer security assessments as required.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related field is preferred.
• 4 to 8 years of proven experience in information security, auditing, or compliance roles.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and various other established security frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing audits and preparing comprehensive audit evidence.
• A good grasp of risk management principles and vendor security review processes.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills are essential.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in TPRM and reviewing contract/security clauses.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Relevant certifications, particularly a Lead Auditor or equivalent, are advantageous.
