Information Security Analyst (SIEM and XSOAR, CRIBL)

Join Eurofins in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, as an Information Security Analyst focused on enhancing our IT Security Operations. This role is crucial for the continuous improvement of our security tools, including Endpoint Protection, Network Security, and Log Collection & Analysis. You will champion new monitoring and detection capabilities and be involved in re-architecting existing components. This is a hands-on position requiring strong collaboration with operations, infrastructure, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the continuous improvement of endpoint security solutions and log collection/treatment tools, adhering to internal policies.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot these security solutions.
• Manage policies and software deployment for security solutions.
• Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting expertise for critical IT infrastructure elements.
• Employ a project-oriented approach to resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and supporting resolutions.
• Offer technical support for Priority 1 incidents, addressing performance issues related to security solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience with SentinelOne, Zscaler, and Cisco Umbrella.
• Proficiency in SIEM, XSOAR, and CRIBL technologies.
• Strong prior experience as a Product Owner or Administrator for endpoint protection solutions.
• Technical expertise in implementing corporate and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Proven experience acting as a subject matter expert within infrastructure, operations, or project teams.
• Experience in a global, enterprise-grade company environment.
