Human Resource Analyst at Policybazaar in Gurugram
Policybazaar is seeking a Human Resource Analyst to manage and analyze HR data. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and providing insights to support HR and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and reconcile HR datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and partners.
- Handle HR-related transactions, confirmations, and respond to internal and external stakeholder queries.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll inputs, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze trends and identify insights to support HR leadership and business teams.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
- Maintain HR databases, trackers, and documentation in line with internal processes and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR MIS, data analysis, reporting, or HR operations.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and Macros.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of HR Business Partnering concepts and HR databases/HRMS is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
