CDW, a premier multi-brand provider of IT solutions, is actively seeking a dedicated Healthcare Client Executive for the Southwest Region. This pivotal role is designed to propel strategic expansion within the healthcare sector by delivering high-impact solutions and services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing substantial programs, championing AI-driven transformation technologies, and cultivating enduring client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Prioritization: Strategically identify and prioritize accounts based on relationship depth, competitive advantage, overall potential, and a balanced approach to short-term gains and long-term impact.
  • Account Strategy Development: Formulate long-term success strategies, establish measurable objectives, and develop contingency plans. Align stakeholder values with CDW's offerings to expand opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Time-Constrained Discovery: Conduct efficient discovery and needs assessments, identifying unique client requirements and uncovering opportunities while respecting time constraints and actively listening to stakeholder input.
  • Initial Negotiation: Develop negotiation options, establish client credibility, set a positive negotiation tone, validate interests through insightful questioning, and identify relevant stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Customer Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that define the purpose, maintain a balanced flow of information, avoid overwhelming details, and are strategically timed and adaptable to effectively engage and connect with the audience.
  • Raising Awareness of Unidentified Needs: Facilitate discussions by strategically timing conversations, employing suitable techniques, demonstrating the relevance of identified needs, and connecting them to tangible business outcomes.
  • Establishing Executive Credibility: Maximize executive time by focusing on results and opportunities that matter most, tailoring approaches to executive interests, and taking actions that build credibility, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive increased awareness of CDW's comprehensive value proposition and total portfolio across assigned accounts.
  • Consistently achieve specific Advanced Technology product Gross Profit (GP) and service revenue targets.
  • Effectively market and sell CDW's full portfolio of core products and solutions in collaboration with the inside Account Manager sales force.
