Head of Engineering (Full stack For SaaS company)

Join HumanBit as a Head of Engineering, a pivotal full-stack role within a dynamic SaaS company. You will architect and implement solutions across the entire technology stack, from user interface development to database management, significantly impacting the end-to-end product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end features, ensuring seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed components.
• Write clean, efficient, and high-performance code adhering to best practices.
• Actively participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews to uphold exceptional quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver user-centric and innovative features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development roles.
• A profound understanding of software development best practices, including version control systems and comprehensive testing methodologies.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in React/Next.js, Node.js/Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork.
• Previous experience within a SaaS or AI-focused product company is highly advantageous.
