Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Graphic Designer – AI Trainer, merging creative design with artificial intelligence. Your visual communication expertise will train and refine AI systems, ensuring high-quality graphic design outputs. Collaborate remotely with a team focused on innovation, creativity, and AI-powered design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train AI models.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on AI-generated visuals.
• Document design processes, style guides, and best practices for AI training purposes.
• Translate complex design concepts into actionable training materials for machine learning applications.
• Evaluate and test AI outputs, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement.
• Stay current with graphic design industry trends and integrate emerging practices into AI workflows.
• Communicate detailed feedback effectively to cross-functional teams in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to break down and articulate design principles and creative processes.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Comfortable working remotely, both independently and collaboratively.
• Analytical mindset to assess and enhance design-focused AI systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning teams.
• Background in data annotation, content moderation, or training AI-based products.
• Familiarity with version control systems and agile project management workflows.
