Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a single software fabric that manages all application data in the cloud, at the edge, and on-premises, including backup, recovery, archival, analytics, development, and integration with major public cloud providers. Rubrik enables hybrid cloud enterprises to mobilize applications across clouds, automate intelligent orchestration workflows for self-service, and search and analyze application data at scale.

Rubrik partners with leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve successful outcomes. The GSI Sales Engineer candidate will be responsible for building services, driving pipelines for those services, and enabling select Global Systems Integrators. Candidates should have a background in service creation, revenue modeling, technical proposal authoring, and managing the technical aspects of global partnerships. They also need a strong technical understanding of storage, virtualization, and Windows/Linux management. SD-WAN and scripting (Python and PowerShell) are highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience partnering with Global GSIs to create and consume services
• Technical leadership in developing fully integrated technology solutions
• Architectural experience in complex infrastructures including virtualization, application high-availability, distributed systems, file systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security
• Expertise in developing partner-delivered solutions that meet technology and business requirements
• Ability to deliver technical and sales presentations to partners’ technical staff and senior management
• Exemplary relationship-building skills with partners and sales teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• 7-8+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment
• Driven, highly energetic with a strong hands-on, "can do" approach
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, "get it done" attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with immediate follow-up
• High business acumen and experience working with CxO level personnel to solve complex business challenges
• Ability to demonstrate Rubrik’s RIVET values and create a positive environment
