Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI / LLM Engineer based in Delhi, India. The role involves designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) to create scalable AI solutions. The candidate will develop and optimize model architectures, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications and systems. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and overseeing their practical implementation will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proficiency in model fine-tuning, optimization strategies, and deploying AI models in production environments
• Understanding of data analysis, data preprocessing, and evaluation metrics for model performance
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A background in computer science, data science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• A passion for cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications in solving complex problems
