GenAI Engineer

At Capgemini Invent, we are seeking a GenAI Engineer to join our Gurugram team. As an inventive transformation consultant, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing OpenAI-powered applications, including multi-agent frameworks, chatbots, and AI-based customer support systems. You will leverage agentic technologies such as the Autogen framework to implement AI agents capable of autonomous collaboration and complex task completion. Building and maintaining backend services using Python or .NET will be crucial for supporting OpenAI integrations. Your responsibilities will also include working with custom datasets, applying techniques like chunking, embedding, and vector search for model fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Integration of Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., Text Analytics, Translator, Form Recognizer) will enhance the functionality and intelligence of our AI solutions. You will ensure the scalable and secure deployment of these solutions on Azure, utilizing services like Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Continuous evaluation and fine-tuning of GPT models will be essential to maintain high performance and relevance.

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in Python or .NET for backend and AI integration development.
• Strong experience with OpenAI GPT models and their practical applications.
• Experience with agentic technologies (e.g., Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI) for multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services and Azure AI Studio.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including training, fine-tuning, and evaluating language models.
• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
