Job Description

• Essential: Experience in developing UI using React.
• Essential: Hands-on development experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Essential: Hands-on experience building scalable GenAI applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Anthropic) using techniques like RAG and Agentic AI.
• Preferred: Experience in developing GenAI solutions using frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.
• Preferred: Experience building AI pipelines for interaction via Chatbots, User Interface, and Autonomous Agents.
• Required: Excellent communication skills to understand complex AI concepts, collaborate with architects, and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience deploying solutions on AWS with best practices.
• Good to have: Built capabilities in GenAI backed by evaluation (using existing or custom frameworks).
• Plus: Contributions to AI research, open source models, or AI hackathons.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
