Fund Servicing Associate II - Global Fund Services Fund Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the meticulous upkeep of accounting and securities records for all administered funds, strictly adhering to established controls within fund accounting processes.
• Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies when accounting or securities transactions fall outside JP Morgan's system validation tolerances, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills.
• Effectively implement operational procedures to guarantee accurate and timely task completion.
• Collaborate closely with diverse Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities within our fund servicing processes, driving efficiency and resilience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• A minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and administration, with a strong focus on maintaining precise accounting and securities records. Evidence of successful management of related tasks is required.
• Proven proficiency in identifying and rectifying issues concerning accounting or securities transactions, ensuring strict compliance with validation tolerances.
• A demonstrable ability to implement robust operational procedures and controls, with an emphasis on strengthening cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
• Advanced emotional intelligence skills, supported by a history of cultivating trusting relationships and positively influencing outcomes for both teams and clients.

Preferred:

• Experience in collaborating across multiple business areas and/or functions to achieve desired results.
• A minimum of five years of preferred experience in financial reporting, fund administration, accounting, and/or custody, evidenced by successful execution of related responsibilities.
