Full Stack Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in New Delhi. This role involves developing and maintaining our web-based applications and services in collaboration with design and development teams. The primary goal is to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our web applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building web-based applications and services with the development team.
• Developing and maintaining front-end and back-end code using ReactJS, NextJs, NodeJs, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest web technologies and best practices.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure code.
• Troubleshooting and debugging web-based applications and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and best practices.
• Ability to use AI tools for task efficiency in a controlled manner.
• Experience with production-optimized web projects.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in web development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, ReactJs and NextJs.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as NodeJs and ExpressJs.
• Experience with databases like MySQL and/or MongoDB.
• Experience with ChatGPT, ClaudeAi, Github Copilot or other AI tools.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and how to utilize ChatGPT, ClaudeAi and other AI tools to boost productivity.
