Full Job Description
Fresh Prints, through its subsidiary Frontier, is seeking a skilled Full Stack React Developer to join the internal systems team supporting 100x Hospitality in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses on building modern web applications that integrate with existing infrastructure, including FileMaker and Airtable systems, and bridging legacy tools with scalable web solutions. The developer will execute under technical leadership, independently building clean, production-ready systems based on architecture provided by the Principal Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full stack web applications using React, with a preference for TypeScript.
- Implement backend services utilizing Node.js or similar technologies.
- Integrate with Airtable and other REST-based APIs.
- Synchronize data between new web applications and existing internal systems.
- Translate prototypes into scalable production builds.
- Write structured, well-documented, and testable code.
- Optimize applications for performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with technical leadership to implement defined system architecture.
AI-Enabled Development
This role emphasizes AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate actively uses AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot to enhance development speed, understands effective prompt engineering and iteration, and utilizes AI for scaffolding, refactoring, documentation, and test generation. Critical evaluation of AI-generated code and consideration of AI integration into product features are essential.
Future AI Integration
The team plans to embed AI capabilities into applications, including natural language querying of data, AI-assisted report generation, intelligent navigation and summarization, and workflow automation. Familiarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), building AI-powered workflows, secure data handling in AI contexts, and designing systems for AI layers on existing data models is important. While hands-on production AI experience is a plus, a strong conceptual understanding is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience building production React applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Backend development experience, preferably with Node.js.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs.
- Experience working with structured data models.
- Ability to work within established architectural guidelines and coding standards.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating legacy systems with modern web stacks.
- Experience with Airtable APIs.
- Experience with data synchronization logic.
- Experience building dashboard or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with FileMaker integrations.
- Experience designing role-based permissions.
