As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will operate across the entire software development lifecycle, from initial conception to deployment, to create robust, AI-driven legal tech solutions. Close collaboration with our data scientists, AI engineers, and legal tech experts will be essential to develop innovative features that push the boundaries of what's possible in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end components.
• Architect and develop highly scalable, AI-powered legal tech solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop high-quality, clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in software development.
• Optimize application performance, and proficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues across front-end and back-end systems.
• Ensure software security, compliance with stringent legal industry standards, and scalability to meet growing client demands.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring our tech stack evolves as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of extensive experience in full stack development, with proven expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Mandatory experience with ElasticSearch and Temporal.io.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, coupled with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong back-end development skills with experience in Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or other relevant frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with various databases (SQL and NoSQL) including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and seamless third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of AI/ML tools and techniques is a strong plus, particularly in relation to natural language processing (NLP) and legal data analysis.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) to automate deployments and ensure scalability.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the legal tech industry or a strong interest in legal AI solutions.
• Previous experience with AI-driven applications and working alongside data science teams.
• A strong understanding of security best practices for data privacy and protection, particularly in handling sensitive legal data.
