Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Minimum Experience: 7.5 years of experience is required.
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
Summary
As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact. Your daily activities will include collaborating with diverse teams to achieve project objectives, facilitating discussions to resolve challenges, and guiding your team through the development lifecycle. You will also participate in strategic planning and decision-making to improve application performance and user experience, ensuring stakeholder alignment with project goals.
