Full Stack Engineer (Python, Node.js, React) – Fintech & AI in India

Strategic Talent Partner is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic team in India. This role is focused on cutting-edge development within the rapidly evolving domains of Fintech and Artificial Intelligence.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust web applications. A primary focus will be on building sophisticated, AI-powered pipelines to automate critical processes such as document processing, credit decisioning, and data extraction within the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Implement and optimize AI-powered solutions for automated document processing, credit decisioning, and data extraction.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology choices for new features and systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 10+ years of comprehensive experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with the following core technologies:
  • Python
  • Node.js
  • React (or other modern JavaScript frameworks)
  • PostgreSQL (or other relational databases)
• Demonstrated experience with API development, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment strategies (AWS preferred).
• Prior knowledge or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) integrations is a significant advantage.
