Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure web applications. You will utilize .NET, React with Redux, Typescript, Jest Framework, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web API, and React with Redux.
• Implement solutions utilizing PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and adhere to best engineering practices.
• Ensure application security through expertise in OAuth, Tokens, Certificates, enterprise SSO/RBAC (SAML/OIDC), encryption, and audit trails.
• Leverage Caching & Distributed Caching mechanisms.
• Work with Message Brokers (Queues/Topics, Pub/Sub).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues across the full stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and application performance.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework and Web API.
• Proficiency in React with Redux.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Experience with cloud object storage (e.g., S3) and IAM services.
• Experience in integrating Payment Gateways.
• Proficiency in Git practices, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of ensuring code quality through SAST, DAST, BDD/TDD, and unit testing.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Cloud App Services is preferred.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members.

This is a full-time, hybrid remote position based in Pune, Maharashtra.
