Policy Planner Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer for their Pune, Maharashtra office. This role involves comprehensive front-end and back-end development, focusing on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Design and develop robust back-end services, APIs, and databases.
• Build reusable, efficient, and secure code adhering to best practices.
• Seamlessly integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Participate actively in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Create and maintain proper documentation for applications and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in essential front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies including Node.js, Java, Python, or PHP.
• Experience working with various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, or experience with major cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Experience Required

2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
