About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend React Developer to lead technical and functional story resolution with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing robust and effective code, adhering to defined code quality standards, and minimizing technical debt. This role also involves adopting new technologies and frameworks, and importantly, mentoring and grooming junior team members.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UI development using HTML, CSS, Axios, and the JEST Framework.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with React JS and Redux. Experience with Angular is a plus.
• Proficiency in understanding REST APIs and MVC concepts.
• Proven experience in responsive UI development.
• Solid understanding of modern, industry-standard UI design practices and patterns.
• Strong programming skills.
• Understanding of Azure Cloud or other cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of the Shipping industry or domain is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAFe methodology.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented design concepts.
• Exposure to GIT for version control.
• Basic understanding of data modeling and hands-on experience with SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation abilities for technical documentation.
