Your focus will be on optimizing business performance through strategic headcount planning, accurate forecasting, and diligent budget management. Responsibilities include performing detailed headcount analysis, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations, managing position alignment with budgets, and leading the annual budget process. You will also identify and propose solutions for headcount, location strategy, organizational structure, and efficiency improvements, acting as a trusted advisor to the management team. Collaboration with the OCFO Finance team for expense reviews, engagement in transformation initiatives, driving adoption of P&A data models, and streamlining processes are integral.
