Qualifications
Experience Level: Entry Level
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or prior analyst roles a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling, large data sets)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Teams, Powerpoint)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights clearly
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain information to multiple stakeholders
- Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with willingness to work across finance and operations
- Equipment: PC Computer or Laptop
