We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in an advanced AI evaluation and research project. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping graduate-level finance problems and meticulously assessing AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical coherence, and depth of understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Design complex, graduate-level finance problems that challenge advanced AI capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive grading rubrics that clearly define criteria for high-quality responses, emphasizing scoring dimensions such as accuracy, methodology, logic, depth, and clarity.
- Construct detailed, exemplary solutions that achieve perfect scores according to the established rubric.
- Provide step-by-step reasoning and quantitative validation for all solutions where applicable.
- Ensure all created content exhibits clarity, academic rigor, and precision.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses against the defined rubric, identifying any reasoning gaps, logical inconsistencies, or calculation errors.
- Deliver constructive and actionable feedback to guide AI development and improve output quality.
This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
