Expert .NET Engineer

Ciklum is looking for an Expert .NET Engineer to join our team full-time in Chennai, India.

We are seeking a skilled .NET Engineer to become part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. A key project involves the STARS dashboard: Completing the STARS dashboard started during the POC, including adding cut point predictions and adjustable stars rating predictions. The goal is to make this tool maintainable by non-technical business users.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Leadership: Supervise and develop solutions using various architectural approaches to deliver maximum business value
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for clients and the internal team to communicate requirements, progress, and technical results
• Technical Governance: Design, code, and review technical decisions, applying high-quality standards and ensuring strict adherence to process maturity and controls
• Line Management: Take full responsibility for the team s professional growth, career development, and daily operational support
• Quality Advocacy: Drive continuous quality improvements for both design and implementation decisions within the engineering team

Requirements:

• Software Design Architecture
  • Proven Background: Extensive experience in designing and developing solutions using industry best practices and patterns
  • Architectural Versatility: Deep commercial experience with Monolithic, Microservice, and Event-Driven architectural styles
• Software Development
  • Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in C# with the ability to produce secure, optimized, and high-performance software
  • Communication & Data: Expert-level experience with industry-standard communication mechanisms (Message Brokers, HTTP, WebSockets) and both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with software deployment and configuration in the Cloud, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment patterns
  • Orchestration: Practical experience with Container Orchestrators such as Kubernetes (k8s) or Docker Swarm
• Quality Leadership
  • Quality Assurance: A proven track record of driving quality improvements across the full development lifecycle
  • People Leadership: Experience in line management and a passion for mentoring team members through their daily technical challenges
