The Executive Total Rewards Consultant plays a pivotal role in providing strategic direction for executive compensation and benefit programs. This position ensures these programs are closely aligned with organizational objectives and maintain strong market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee executive compensation strategies that effectively support business goals and align with stakeholder interests.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and benchmarking to ensure executive pay practices are competitive and equitable.
  • Administer and manage incentive plans, including performance-based bonuses and deferred compensation programs.
  • Oversee the administration of executive retirement and executive retiree plans.
  • Review and present the comprehensive total rewards package to new executive hires.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports to senior leadership and Compensation Committees.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on extending offers and presenting executive total compensation packages.
  • Work closely with external consultants and legal advisors to uphold best practices and comply with evolving regulations.
  • Support executive compensation audits and risk assessments to promote transparency and mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years specifically focused on executive or incentive compensation.
  • Proven experience in administering health and retirement plans.
  • Certification in a related area such as CCP, CBP, or PHR is desirable.
