We are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the development and implementation of our Salesforce platform. The Technical Lead will lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support. They will design and develop Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure code quality and performance. Responsibilities include mentoring, designing robust Salesforce solutions (including Apex and LWC), collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality and performance, troubleshooting complex issues, staying updated with Salesforce technologies, documenting technical specifications, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing project timelines. Candidates should have 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Apex and Triggers, and experience with LWC is preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. Salesforce certifications and familiarity with Agile methodologies are advantageous. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and innovation.
