- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to safely perform job duties in an industrial outdoor environment
- Basic mechanical awareness and equipment inspection skills
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work as part of a team
- Ability to operate equipment and perform job tasks safely
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
